THE OASIS CENTER LIBRARY
The library is in the main building, commonly known as the Ausum House, which has been renamed the Oasis Center.
It is situated between the Oasis Great Room and the Oasis Kitchen.
The hot water system is adjacent to the library and requires major repairs. This area includes separate bathrooms and shower stalls, all of which require significant maintenance and upgrades.
The library itself is disorganized and requires improved lighting. Installing appropriate bookcases, organizing the books, and removing old or broken furniture would help restore the library to a functional and usable condition.
HAZARDOUS ROAD CONDITIONS

Road section so damaged, a large SUV felt like it was on a slow-moving rollercoaster.
Down and sliding trees common, drivers must be prepared by having chainswords in their vehicles and emergency kits.
Wide & deep potholes are common, but in the rain, snow, and mud, they become dangerous, especially at night—excellent vehicles are needs, among many things.
We are submitting grants to fix the roads and other pressing problems. However, we can use some engineering help and suggestions on how to patch the potholes on dirt roads, driving through them when covered in snow, and over them in the rain and mud.
